Job Description:
- Be responsible for the network site planning, site design, and design change.
- Be responsible for the planning, design, and design change of the outsourced equipment, civil work, and construction project.
- Ensure that the design meets the network requirements and is approved by the customer. Be responsible for the overall planning and design of the transmission, site, outsourced equipment, civil work.

Skill Name:
- Minimum three year of working experience, preferably with some exposure to master planning.
- Good understanding of planning and the project implementation process.
- Oversea working experience in the real estate or construction industry would be an advantage.
