Job Description:
- Responsible for all sales, marketing and leasing activities and personnel involved in sales and marketing.
- Participating in the conceptual development of creative design and product definition for various real estate projects.
- Managing projects to ensure maximum return, profitability and legal compliance.
- Developing and managing annual budgets for the project; reviewing periodic cost and productivity analyses, and financial reports.
- Developing or participating with senior staff in the development of the strategic marketing plans for projects.
- Seeking out and targeting new markets and new sales opportunities, initiating action plans to approach and secure new business for real estate projects.
- Public relations activities including launches, conferences real estate tours.
Skill Name:
- Preferably with real estate sales & marketing experience in Vietnam, otherwise relevant experience in East Asia.
- Minimum five years of relevant experience in marketing, sales & leasing of residential office, retail hotel and resort developments.
- Minimum three years of managerial experience with credible real estate developers or international property consultants.
